All products sold are covered by a 7-day guarantee against defects, subject to manufacturer and/or supplier conditions.
- Faulty items may be returned for repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable policies.
- Unopened goods returned within 5 days may qualify for a refund, excluding delivery costs.
- Delivery and collection fees are non-refundable, including in cases involving faulty items.
